Our Programs

Attend the biennial conference to learn, create, network, and explore with hundreds of innovative colleagues from around the world.

Book Club

Our book club chooses one book per year, academic and non-academic, and meets virtually to discuss, sometimes with the author.  This professional development opportunity is a fun way to stay in touch and network in between conferences.

Mentorship, Consultation, and Resources

The Coalition offers mentorship, consultation services, and resources on community-engaged writing projects, pedagogy, scholarship, and partnerships.

Online Writing Groups

Join CCW’s weekly online write-ins for our members via Zoom every Wednesday from 12-2:00 EST during Summer 2020. We check in and set our individual writing intention for the day, turn video off, and write! We have 2 hours every week during which we can simply write together. Join anytime during the 2-hour block; no registration necessary; work on any writing project you want. If you are a CCW member and need the Zoom link, please contact us.

Sign up for our Community Writing listserv, a valuable resource and networking space for scholars, students, teachers, and community members.

Members of the list are welcome to post questions, ideas, and announcements about pedagogy, research, publications, projects, and events regarding community writing and related fields.
